Watery Wednesday -Shark

Recently, I and my family visited KLCC Aquarium. This is our 3rd time to KLCC Aquarium. Every time we pay the visit, I also can find there are many interesting things that attract me and I do bring back good memories.

Many sea creatures swim around and my son likes it. He can explore new things and after the trip, he managed to draw a picture with titled under the sea.

In this Watery Wednesday, I wanted to share an amazing picture that I captured during my visit to KLCC Aquarium. It is a shark! Please do not eat shark fin, save the shark.

Watery Wednesday : Funny rocks nearby seaside

I thought it is natural to be like that. But, logically, it should be purposely made by people. Alot of people surrounding these rocks nearby the seaside. I came across this during my visit to Sausalito, California. A nice place to see the yatch. Seeing this picture, I remember the breeze from the sea and I feel sleepy wanna to take a nap if I could. How’s your Wednesday?

Captured this picture at Sausalito, nearby seaside, July 2011.

Watery Wednesday : Coconut for a hot day

It was a hot day in Bangkok. We went to Wat Pho to see the Reclining Buddha. A very big and grogeous Reclining Buddha. A lot of tourists visited Wat Pho on that day. A worth place to visit!

This is my first time there. I wanted to go there last time but blocked by tuk tuk. The tuk tuk told us that Wat Pho is closed for some events and he suggested us to somewhere else. This time, I read from Internet about this kind of cases and get the detailed direction of how to go there without need to ask the people.

To go to Wat Pho, you can take BTS to Saphan Taksin. Walk down to Center Pier and buy a boat ticket which cost only 30baht to N8 Tha Tien pier. Wat Pho is just behind the Tha Tien pier within 5 minutes walking distance.

After visiting Wat Pho, we had coconuts water to release the heatiness inside body during a hot day.

Captured this picture at a stall outside the Wat Pho, Bangkok, March 2012.

Watery Wednesday : Leo J. Ryan Park

Leo J. Ryan Park has a very beautiful lake. The water area seems very calm for a nice small kayak paddle session. Sitting nearby the lake, you can feel the spring breeze gently brushing against your face. It was really relaxing.

Captured at Leo J. Ryan Park, 4th of July 2011.

Watery Wednesday : Lakeside at Hilton Dallas

It was really nice to have a walk at the lakeside to enjoy the peaceful moment after a long day of working. Ducks swam freely in the lake with cloudy sky , seeing them I also feel relaxing. In KL, Malaysia, we seldom can see such scenery except it is in the zoo or in the park. I enjoyed staying there for almost a month. I hope I have chance to go there again next time.

Captured at lakeside nearby Hilton Dallas, Aug 2010.

Watery Wednesday : Meaning welcome, Bali

I am not sure the exact meaning why Balinese loves to put flowers inside water and places them at the entrance of the door. But I guess, it means Welcome, Bali. 😀

Captured at Bali, Jun 2011.
